We have a wedding on May 18 (tomorrow) and need someone to help set up tables/chairs and some decor items, etc. We would like assistance for an hour arriving at 3PM to the Page Walker Arts & History Center at 119 Ambassador Loop, Cary, NC 27513. We would like for someone to come back at 10PM for an hour to help break everything down, as well.Requires lifting and carrying some heavier items, so the person needs to be able to do this - bring up tables from the basement via a dolly and elevator and opening and placing the event tables and chairs, for instance. I've booked one person for 3pm and 10pm but would like to add another, if possible. I think it will be easier for two people to manage the job in an hour. |
