| Description | My iphone 5s needs to be backed up so that the info can be transferred to a new phone Monday morning. I think it needs updating first, but there is no storage. I would like my photos on my Mac (3 -4 years old?), and they may be there. They are also on icloud? I don't know if my contacts are backed up or not. I also have a little black box on my desk that is backup; i have no idea if it is working. I'd like someone who is willing to have a conversation about what needs to be done, will explain what's being done, and then confirm with me what we just did and how things will be going forward. |
