| Description | Cleaning a rental property of a VERY LIGHT mold problem. Involves moving a refrigerator our from wall and removing some pantry shelves. I was told by Servpro, who evaluated the problem,that it's not dangerous, but you should probably wear your mask anyway. I'll be there to oversee and to set up a new dehumidifier. Cleaning material will be household bleach and shop towels. I think I need two Sweepers as moving the fridge will be tricky (it's between two tall cabinets). |
