1. Fill up water reservoir on ice maker
Find the ice maker on the counter top and locate the water reservoir on the side of the ice maker. Lift the water reservoir up and take it to the sink. Unscrew the cap and fill with water from the small faucet that is filtered water. Screw the cap back on and replace the water reservoir on the ice maker.
2. Fill up water reservoir on the Keurig coffee machine
Remove the water reservoir from the keuring and take it to the sink to fill up with filtered water from the small faucet.
3. Stock beverage fridge
Beverage fridge should have 6 different types of drinks (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Grapefruit Sparkling Water, Lemon Sparkling Water, and Lime Sparkling Water) and each drink should have 9 cans in the fridge. Drinks are located in the storage closet in the main conference room. If any of the drinks does not have at least 9 cans push the drinks up to the front of the beverage fridge.
4. Stock snacks
Look at snacks on the counter top and see if any of the snacks needs to be replenished. If so, snacks are located in the top left cabinet or the base cabinet directly beside the beverage fridge. If you cannot find additional snacks in either of these locations then we are out and just leave the snacks how they are.
5. Wipe tables and countertops
Lysol wipes are located underneath the sink in the main conference room. Please use these wipes to wipe down the counter top in the main conference room, the bathroom, the coffee station, and all 6 of the training tables in the main conference room
6. Clean bathroom
A broom and swiffer can be found in the storage closet in the main conference room. Please sweep out the bathroom first and then use the swiffer to mop the tile floor. A toilet bowl cleaner is located underneath the sink in the bathroom. Check to see if toilet paper needs a new role if so it can be found underneath the bathroom sink.
7. Vacuum the carpet
A vacuum can be found in the storage closet in the main conference room. Please use it to vacuum all of the carpet.
8. Clean whiteboards
Underneath the sink in the main conference room you will find Expo Whiteboard cleaner. Use this and paper towels to clean the two whiteboards in the main conference room.
9. Take out the trash
Main conference room has two trash cans that pull out from a base cabinet next to the sink. There is also a trash can beside the coffee maker, ice machine, and in the bathroom. Please take out all of this trash to the bright green dumpster in the parking lot of the building. New trash bags are all found underneath the sink in the main conference room. There are three different size bags.
10. Turn off all lights
Take a quick look around and make sure all lights are turned off.
11. Lock up and return key to the mailbox
Make sure to lock the door to the suite and the front door at the bottom of the stairs. VERY IMPORTANT!!! Return the keys to the mailbox where you found them. It is the box on the bottom right.
