| Description | We will be hosting a party downtown at the historic Tucker House on Saturday September 10. The venue provides the space and a few tables and chairs for us to use - otherwise we will be providing food, coolers, a few cocktail tables and linens. The hosts plan to come and set up the party but we would need about 2 sweepers to come mid way through the event to start clean up and break down. This would include, walking around and picking up trash, beer cans empty food trays etc. taking the trash out and breaking down tables and chairs - placing their items in the appropriate closets and putting our items into our vehicle. The party is from 7-10 and we would like the sweepers to arrive at 9-9:30 in order to have everything clean and put up by 11:00 sharp. |
