Moving in Chapel Hill

This moving job will be loading and then unloading a moving truck/Uhaul van. I am moving from a townhouse into a duplex apartment less than a mile away. The townhouse is mostly first floor, with some furniture on 2nd floor, that will need to be moved down some stairs to be loaded into the truck. There is one small set of exterior stairs from the parking lot to the townhouse entrance (about 3-4 steps). The duplex I'm moving into is on the first floor, so the unloading should be very easy.

The largest items to be moved are 2 dressers, but all the drawers can be removed from these to make them easier to move if necessary. Other large items: two mattresses, size full (one futon, one foam), 5 tabletops (legs are removed and packed separately). About 30-40 heavy book-size boxes (approx 12" x 18" boxes).

It might be necessary to make 2 trips, since I will probably be renting a UHAUL van, and not sure if everything will fit in the van in one trip. I will be driving the van.
