| Jack T. | 5 | Jack was great. He called ahead of time to let me know he would be a bit late. He hooked up my printer and then made sure we knew where documents scanned were saved to. We ran into a blip with the external drive back up but he fiddled with it (thus the problem I was having) and waited until we knew it was backing up, before he left. He also helped me with an iTunes issue and downloading a program from the internet. I would definitely use him again! |
