| Jude M. | 3 | Jude was very polite and completed the job once he arrived. My only problem is that the job was originally scheduled for Saturday AM and he cancelled late Friday PM, indicating he wasn't feeling well. The job was rescheduled to 12pm on Monday and he showed up at 1pm. On a positive, he did communicate that he wasn't coming as scheduled and he did communicate the delay the second time. Work was what needed to be done, but not over and above like some other Sweeps personnel I have contracted in the past. I save the 5 stars for the best of the best. |
