| Description | Needing help moving elderly/disabled Aunt from Asheville to Swannanona (less than 10 miles per GPS) -- Current apt is small one bdrm, ground floor. Minimal large furniture (NO couch, recliner, loveseat, box spring/mattress) Does have dressers, sm dining room table/chairs, bookshelf, desk and a few other smaller items as well as boxes packed. Movers backed out last minute. New apt is a new build -on 2nd floor but there is an elevator. Family coming from TN to help but not able to lift heavy items. Need ASAP - hoping to get this done between FR-SUN. Possibly not taking longer than 4-5 hours - maybe less. Will need to get UHAUL unless someone thinks items will fit in pickup truck but will need to make multiple runs. Willing to compensate drive time and for last minute booking. |

| Blake G. | 5 | I cant say enough about how amazing Blake is!! He and Shane worked so well together and were very courteous and attentive. There were quite a few family heirlooms and they took such good of them, treating them as their own. They could tell we wouldnt be finished in the time that was booked, so they offered to stay longer to be sure we were taken care of. There were a few large pieces of furniture we were giving to the other residents in the complex. (This is a complex for the elderly where my Aunt resides.) Blake and Shane went above & beyond, taking these items to the residents and making sure they were in place before leaving. They are truly a huge asset to your company and we cannot thank them enough for all of their help. We would have been lost without them!! Five stars are not enough for these guys - they get 10!! |
