Only reason I didn't rate him a 5-star is because he was a few minutes late, and I had to call him. I also wasn't aware we would be charged for his parking meter. The other sweeper didn't submit any parking expenses, so some extra communication around this and the arrival would've been appreciated. Still a good experience overall! |
