Hi! I'm Katherine Zimmerman, but I go by Kate. I'm currently at junior at UNCW majoring in Management Information Systems and Operations Management. I am also in Kappa Delta Sorority and very involved with that. I love doing volunteer things in my sorority that allow me to help other people. I am also very passionate about being there when needed. I think that costumer service is one of the biggest aspects of a business. Without great customer service, the customer may not want to come back to that business, not matter how good the product.
I have worked in the restaurant business, which requires heavy cleaning to allow the restaurant to be clean for the customers.
I worked for Cumulus Broadcasting who owned five radio stations in Wilmington, I helped with managing, planning and executing events.
I am a very organized person and very OCD. I like things to be organized and be put in a specific place. I use to organize files at the radio station.
I have been told before that I am a very good person to learn concepts from. In high school, I use to tutor kids in lower grades math a lot and even my own classmates I would help.
I'm an Management Information Systems major so I learn about computers in my primary classes.
