He needs tutoring from someone who is patient, empathetic, and Chromebook UI knowledgeable to help him navigate his Chromebook. Patience and UI knowledge is much more important than deep kernel knowledge. The initial hour job will be in-person in a Covid-safe space. There is a potential of 1-2 subsequent hour virtual jobs.
