Dynamic ... Victor was a champion of BOH (back of house) he expedited and made sure that all plates went out to the guest exactly as the chef showed him and made sure that we stayed organized. He made sure that all guest were taken care of while bussing and made sure the event space stayed clean the whole night. He took direction well and made sure that we look great in the eyes of the client. Our entire team would definitely work with Victor again.
