Dynamical Rockstar ... Holly ran her section with precision and made sure that all guest were taken care of. She was appointed lead by Chef early in the evening because of the way she supported her fellow sweepers and Chef during the busy dinner service. She made sure her section was clean and everyone was taken care of during and after service. Holly also took direction well and made sure that we look great in the eyes of the client.. Our entire team would definitely work with Holly again.
