Davidson College, Music

Hi! My name is Ellis Coan. I'm music major/math minor at Davidson College and I just finished up my sophomore year. I'm passionate about music and service and this summer I'll be an intern for the NC Symphony. I'm excited to be able to work closely with music while utilizing my math skills and philanthropy experience. I'm hoping to go into arts management in the future and hope to work at a symphony or university after I graduate. At school I serve as the philanthropy and service chair for my fraternity. This year we've been volunteering at a women's halfway home which has developed a great relationship. Next year we'll be expanding to more philanthropy efforts and larger service projects and I'm looking forward to seeing what we can do together. I'm a big time Steph Curry fan and am looking forward to a big finish this year for the Warriors. It's a great day to be a Wildcat!
