My name is Jacob Coats. I am a 22 year old student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, majoring in Fire Safety Engineering Technology. I hope to become a professional firefighter after college. I currently am a volunteer firefighter in my home town just outside of Raleigh as well as the Town of Matthews. I have worked multiple summers as a landscape technician for a landscaping company that did both commercial and residential work. I also worked as head of grounds maintenance at a local scuba diving quarry. I've done many odd jobs working with my dad growing up. He owns a residential window cleaning company. I've cleaned windows, power washed homes and driveways, cleaned gutters, and just about anything else you could think of.
I have worked as a landscape technician and as head of grounds maintenance.
As a firefighter I deal with moving and using large and heavy tools on a daily basis.
I have experience working for my dads Window cleaning business. I can clean windows as well as power wash homes and decks. Also my daily duties at the firehouse include cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, offices, living areas and vehicles.
I have done many home imporvement projects with my dad growing up, many of which involved painting.
I am open and willing to try just about anything.
