Jacob is kind, polite, and very good at whatever job you hand him, and goes the extra piece to help you out. We gave him a big yard work job. We have a big yard--1 acre, that we keep mostly natural. We were expecting a huge load of pine straw and needed our place cleared of limbs, tons of leaves, weeds whacked and weed control. He did a great job; worked well as a teammate of another sweeper. He not only accomplished the job , it was done so well.
He is definitely someone you want helping you out with your project!
