Hi my name is Kyle Coniker I am a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am passionate about doing quality work for others. Now I run my own landscaping business with 4 of my friends during the summer. I have been mowing lawns and doing yard work for 6 years now. I have done a lot of work with my Dad's company that does yard work, painting, and moving. The most important thing to me is customer satisfaction. I am a outgoing hard worker who works well with others.
I have done over 50 moving jobs for apartments and houses.
My formal moving experience consists of working for my Dad's company doing jobs in downtown Pittsburgh and the surrounding area. I have helped friends and family move at least 10 times. I have personally moved three times. I have driven U-Haul trucks and packed trailers. I am strong and comfortable with moving heavy objects. I have moved washers, driers, refrigerators, large TVs, and more.
I am precise cleaner who plays attention to detail. I have cleaned up after large events such as graduation parties. I am swift in housecleaning. I am able to do dishes sweep, mope floor, vacuum, organized shelves, clean attics, garages, toilets, and showers. I also have a lot of experience power washing driveways, sidewalks, and bricks.
Landscaping is one of my strong suits. I run my own landscaping companies in the summer with four of my other friends. I do mowing, edging, excellent trimming, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, cleaning gutters, and more. I have taken down brick retention wall. I have stained around 10 decks. I have been running my own company for 3 years and have been doing yard for 6 years.
Painted over 70 jobs over a 4 year period. I have done jobs full rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, garages, and garage floors. I also have done other outside painting. I would say I am a seasoned painter with solid experience. I am able to complete a job with quality. I can interact with customers as well to guarantee satisfaction.
Kyle did a great job. He was very thoughtful and careful, ensuring that he protected our new floors, walls and furniture as he was working. I would absolutely hire him again!
Today involved hard, HOT labor from attic to outside. Kyle rose to the challenge!
