Nicholas was great. He got stuck in traffic, but called before the arranged time to tell me he'd be 10 min late. He was friendly, helpful, and took care with my things. My friend with the truck was late, but they got started and moved everything downstairs so all we had to do was load the truck when it arrived. I hadn't used the full hour, so Nicholas offered to stick around and helped my friend who was moving into the office I moved out of. Nicholas can help me anytime!
