Hassan (aka "Omar") seems completely willing to take on the work assigned. However, I feel that he lacks experience or basic know-how for some tasks I'd consider to be rudimentary in a person assigned for such intuitive tasks as "cleaning" a deck or porch. He's a nice person and presents with a somewhat confident nature. I believe he would benefit from mentoring by working with other, more experienced Sweepers. Please reassure him that my rating is specifically meant to help him do a more thoughtful job for Sweeps, so it is really a commentary on your placement of him to do these particular tasks. Thank him for his help for me!

Hassan is a very nice person, but he seemed a bit reluctant to clean thoroughly. He was very concerned about chemicals. He needs to pay more attention to detailed cleaning. There were still spots on the floor and furniture, and scum on the bathroom sink after he left.
